Pricing ranges published on this website are reference ranges based on completed projects in our service areas. They are estimates for planning purposes and are not offers, quotes or guaranteed prices. Actual project cost depends on scope, site conditions, material selections, permit requirements and the results of an on site walkthrough. Only a signed written estimate from B8 Home Remodeling is binding.
Timelines, permit review windows and building code references described on this site reflect our experience in Palm Beach, Broward, Orange and Osceola counties at the time of writing. Building departments change their processes and the Florida Building Code is periodically amended. Verify current requirements with the authority having jurisdiction for your address before making decisions.
Estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation, normally within 24 hours of the walkthrough. Requesting an estimate does not create a contract and does not obligate either party to proceed.
B8 Home General Remodeling, Inc is a licensed and insured Florida contractor. License and insurance certificates are provided on request and are supplied directly to condominium and homeowner associations when required for your project.
