B8 Home General Remodeling, Inc, doing business as B8 Home Remodeling, operates the website b8homeremodeling.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why we collect it and what we do with it.
When you submit an estimate request we collect the name, phone number, email address, service area, service type and project description that you enter into the form. We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, social security numbers or any other sensitive identifiers through this website.
We also collect standard analytics information automatically, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring website, device type and browser. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Estimate request information is used for one purpose: to contact you about your project and prepare your estimate. Analytics information is used to understand which pages help homeowners and to measure advertising performance. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Ads. These allow us to measure traffic and to see which advertisements lead to estimate requests. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Disabling cookies does not prevent you from using the site or requesting an estimate.
Form submissions are delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider. The website is hosted on Vercel. Analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Estimate requests are retained for as long as needed to serve the inquiry and to meet Florida contracting record keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@b8homeremodeling.com, and we will do so unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to contact@b8homeremodeling.com or call (561) 668-7778. We respond to these requests within thirty days.
This website is directed at homeowners and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
